Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Customers can pick up Will Call tickets one (1) hour prior to the show. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a photo I.D. Will Call is located inside the theater lobby.

Parking is available in The Oncenter Parking Garage at 800 South State Street, Syracuse, NY 13202. Event parking varies from $8.00 to $12.00 depending on the event.

Accessible Companion Seating is not a Traditional Theater Style Seating. Fans may purchase ADA seating via www.ticketmaster.com or at the venue box office.
