Floor seating is not tiered and obstructions are possible. Guests attending Agganis Arena events are advised that professional cameras, video equipment, laptops, tablets, large bags, backpacks, luggage and like articles will be strictly prohibited from the facility. All guests may be subject to search of their person and/or possessions. Patrons with prohibited articles will be turned away and no storage or "check-in area" will be provided. No Bags over 12"x12"x6".

Pick up tickets one hour prior to event. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a Photo ID.

Agganis Arena has 2 level of parking beneath the building, as well as 1 surface lot behind the building. Parking is also available in: Lot D - 25 Buick Street Lot F - 808 Commonwealth Avenue

Agganis Arena fully complies and exceeds all requirements as set forth in the American Disabilities Act. If you require accessible seating while at an event, please visit Guest Services located on the concourse near section 101. The Arena offers accessible and companion seating located on the Concourse and Event levels for all events. (Accessible seating locations are subject to change based on the seating configuration for various events)
