All tickets for Tennessee Athletic events are digital tickets. Fans should add each ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Pay to allow for easier entry into the venue. NOTE: SCREENSHOTS OF TICKETS WILL NOT SCAN AT THE GATE & WILL NOT GRANT ENTRY! University policies and state & federal laws will be in effect. Fans are asked to review & adhere to the UT & SEC Fan Code of Conduct. The violation of any rules may prevent admission to a Tennessee Athletic event, removal from an event, and jeopardize the violator's admission into subsequent Tennessee Athletic events, including the forfeiture of season tickets & the ability to purchase single-game tickets. Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket. This ticket may be revoked by management at any time. No refunds, exchanges or readmissions are permitted. UT facilities have a CLEAR BAG policy. Will Call (pre-purchased tickets) that have not been picked up prior to game day will be available at the venue. Ticket Purchaser must present a valid photo ID when picking up pre-purchased tickets. To make arrangements for someone other than the ticket purchaser to pick up tickets, please contact the Athletic Ticket Office in advance at (865) 656-1200. Football Will Call is located at Gate 21 of Neyland Stadium, and opens 4 hours prior to kickoff until halftime on gamedays.

Wheelchair Seating and Easy Access Seats are available on a first come, first served basis. To obtain Accessible seating, please contact the Athletic Ticket Office at (865) 656-1200.
