Tickets can be collected from the venue box office on the day of the event which is located in the main foyer (ground floor). Please take the credit card used to make the booking and your Ticketmaster reference number

There is no general minimum age of admittance for the venue, however any event specific age restrictions will be stated on a show by show basis if they apply. There is a strict policy of no U14's on the floor for any standing shows.
