Under 14's must be accompanied by an adult. **Parental Attendance - A parent may accompany their child to either the pre-show Hangout or the post show meet and greet as long as the parent has a ticket to attend the show. If a parent wants to sit with their child during the show, in the same section, next to their child, they need to purchase the same ticket type, since there are assigned seats with all tickets.
VIP Customers: Hangout Ticket - Early entry at 12pm to hangout with the cast from 12:30 to 1:30 plus a Q&A at 1:30pm. Includes one of the best 100 seats, hangout laminate + a special merch package. M&G Ticket - Allows front of the line entry at 2pm plus a post show M&G for a group photo. Includes a special VIP tour laminate and one of the next best seats behind the Hangout tickets.

While this can vary depending on the event, generally you can collect tickets in advance, or else on the day before the show. Bring the card the tickets were booked under, and the Ticketmaster reference number. If there are stricter rules for particular shows (for example, only the cardholder can gain entry with card, ID etc), this will be outlined upon booking.

Depending on the event, most shows have an age restriction of Under 14's accompanied by an adult. Under 18's will not gain access to the bars where alcohol is served. On some events Under 18's will not be admitted, or it may be Over 14's or Over 16's only, this will be displayed on the event display page where you select your tickets.
