Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
Hangout - Allows fans early entry for an opportunity to hangout with the entire cast plus entry to a Q&A. Includes one of the best 100 seats in the venue, hangout laminate + a special merch package. M&G - Allows fans front of the line entry (after the Hangout tickets) to see the show plus a post show M&G for a group photo with all Podcast members. Includes a special VIP tour laminate and one of the next best seats behind the Hangout tickets.
