Except on the day of each event, box office is located at FirstOntario Centre Located inside the theatre doors. Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and government-issued photo ID.

Accessible Seating: Wheelchair accessible seating is rear orchestra accessible by ramp or elevator and can be purchased through Ticketmaster. Washrooms and facilities are fully accessible.
