Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

You may pick up your tickets at the box office, beginning one hour prior to performance time.

Palace Theatre patrons may use the Landmark Square Garage across the street from the theatre, or the Bell Street Garage.

Wheelchairs are easily accommodated at the theatre. Hearing impared infrared system headsets are available at the theatre. Please contact the house manager when you arrive.

No cameras or recording devices Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management and in seats that avoid disruption of the performance.
