Children ages 2 and older are required to hold a ticket. Children without a ticket must remain in the lap of the ticket holder at all times. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged. Bags or purses larger than 9 x 11 are not allowed in the facility.

Will Call tickets can be picked up 60 minutes prior to the event at the street level lobby. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number.
