Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. The Phil Collins Story performance scheduled for April 2 at Uptown Theatre in Napa has been canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method used to purchase your tickets. No action is required from you. A rescheduled date will be announced when available.
Pick up will call at main box office beginning one hour prior to showtime.
There is plenty of street parking.
There is a ramp for accessible seating. There is no special seating for the hearing impaired. Attendants must have tickets.
