Children 2 years and under admitted free. All other patrons require a paid ticket. Patrons under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian at all times

Venue collections Live At The Gardens Events: Venue collection available at box office 1 hour prior to gates opening

2, 3 and 4 hour meter parking is available in the streets surrounding the Gardens. Voucher machines operate in Birdwood Avenue, South Yarra.

There is some disabled access and facilities as part of the Royal Botanic Gardens site.

"As You Like It”: children aged under 5 are not required to have a ticket. “The Wind in the Willows”: All patrons will be required to purchase a ticket except babes in arms aged under 12 months.
