Plenty of free parking is available on the casino grounds, including a covered parking ramp with a skyway. Valet parking is also available.

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is fully accessible. The Mystic Showroom also offers accessible seating. These seats are available upon request. ASL interpretation is also available upon request. Call the box office for more information.

Mystic Lake Casino is a gun-free facility. No cameras, recording devices or carry-in devices. No smoking or food is allowed in the showroom. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted, including inclement weather.
