Will call is located at the box office at the main entrance, and the SE corner of the building. To claim will call, customers must present a valid photo, the order number and the credit card that the order was placed with.

Parking is available on the North and South sides of the Alerus Center. There will be a $5 parking fee on ticketed events of $10 or more.

Accessible seating is located in sections 202-209 and also on the main floor (depending on event configuration). Elevators are located at all entrances. Devices to assist hearing impaired customers are available at the box office.

Cameras, recording devices, bottles, cans, coolers, weapons and fireworks are prohibitted. There is no smoking in the arena.

Everyone in attendance must have a ticket.
