Tickets can be picked-up beginning 2 hours prior to the event. Will-call tickets are available at the box office 2 hours prior to showtime and will be released with proper photo identification to the person whose name is on the account. Customer must have valid picture ID.

Kalamazoo State Theatre main parking lot is located just south of the theatre at the intersection of South Burdick & Cedar St. and is available starting at 5:00pm for $10 per car For additional parking options, please view downtown Kalamazoo parking map. You can find tips for downtown parking, and within it is a link to a map and key. There is ample parking available in the district area.

Seating Location for Barrier Free and Limited Mobility The Kalamazoo State Theatre is a historical building with no elevator to the upstairs mezzanine and balcony. Seating for barrier free patrons and companions is located on the main level in orchestra center in rows AA, M, and N. Accessible seating is available for wheelchairs, patrons with limited mobility and companions. There is a 4 ticket limit for all accessible seating, unless otherwise posted. Wheelchair patrons should purchase 1 wheelchair seat and up to 3 companion seats. Wheelchair companions should also purchase wheelchair seats as their seat. The venue requests that all patrons requiring accessible seating arrive at the venue 15 mintues before doors open. The box office manager can be reached by phone at 269-345-6500 during regular business hours. Box office hours are Friday & Saturday 10 am - 6 pm. Approaching the building a barrier free drop off area closest to the main entrance is located at the corner of E. Lovell St. and S. Burdick St. There are also various locations just south of the main entrance. A select number of accessible parking spaces are located north of Lovell along the Kalamazoo Mall.
