The Who

Located at the South Box Office and opens 2 hours prior to event and will remain open until 1 hour after each event starts. Customer must present credit card used for the purchase, photo I.D, and Ticketmaster account confirmation number.

Parking is located on premises less than 1/4 mile from the building.

The center is an accessible venue.

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED: Coolers, backpacks, large bags, duffle bags, hard-sided containers WILL NO LONGER BE PERMITTED in the BB&T Center. ALL small bags, including purses (larger than 4" x 6"), diaper bags, & fanny bags WILL BE INSPECTED before they will be permitted into the arena. Audio recorders, baby strollers, food, drinks, cans, bottles, weapons, fireworks, carriers, or containers of any kind. NO laser pens. Cameras or video cameras may not be permitted during certain events. SMOKING POLICY: Smoking IS NOT permitted in the building due to the Florida Clean Air Indoor Act. There are designated areas where smoking is allowed.

For ticketed events, BB&T Center guests must present a ticket for entry, except for those children younger than two (2) years of age. Children under two (2) years of age must sit on the lap of a ticket-bearing parent or guardian. Children Rules may vary for some family/children events, which require children younger than two (2) years to present a ticket for entry. Please check with the box office or BB&T Center website for Children Rules for the specific event you plan on attending prior to your purchase of tickets.
