Children's Policy This event is all ages. Under 15s must be accompanied by an adult. All patrons require a ticket regardless of age - no free babes in arms. For the protection of your child's hearing, it is a condition of entry, that babies under 18 months wear ear protection for adult concerts/events (not including children specific productions). Please also note that prams are not permitted in the venue. Sharing the stage is the explosive KISSTERIA, globally recognised as one of the top KISS tribute band productions, earning international acclaim at the Las Vegas KISS Tribute Show competition. Flying the flag for Australia is Prayer, a powerhouse homage to Bon Jovi, bringing emotional ballads, and high-energy rock that defined a generation. But this night is more than a celebration of legendary music. It's a mission. This almighty event proudly supports Heartbeat of Rock, an initiative of Heartbeat of Football, dedicated to saving lives through heart health awareness. Funds raised will go directly toward installing life-saving defibrillators at venues and providing essential cardiac screening services. .

The account holder must present credit card and photo id when collecting tickets from the box office. The box office is open from one hour prior to the show for collections and sales.

Parking is located at the rear of the venue, accessible via King St. There is also on-street parking.

Wheelchair patrons should enter the venue from the carpark at the rear of the venue (entry via King St). Entry to the venue via the front entrance involves climbing around 20-30 steps. Patrons unable to climb stairs should enter the venue from the carpark at the rear of the venue (entry via King St). For non-wheelchair patrons, the following seats are easily accessed via a ramp, once inside the auditorium: all Box seats.

- Late arrivals may be seated at management's discretion
