From 11.30am: Arrival. Complimentary bar of beers, house wines and soft drinks is open.

2.30pm: John Terry & Tony Adams with Pete Graves
3.30pm: End of formal proceedings. Complimentary bar closes. Pay bar remains open
4.00pm: The Facility closes & guests depart
