Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

As a security measure, NO RE-ENTRY IS PERMITTED after you have exited the Avalon Theatre at Fallsview Casino. RESTRICTED BAG POLICY: Patrons are asked to leave any backpacks or large bags at home. Only small purses will be permitted into the Venue. Professional Cameras (with removable lens) are not permitted. All bags are subject to search. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK will be permitted into the venue.
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
