Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

Will Call is available at Civic Auditorium 2 hours prior to event. It is recommended that you bring your confirmation number, ID and credit card used to purchase tickets.

Parking garage at the Civic Arts Plaza for $15.00 Debit or Credit Card only.

Accessible seating is available for all performances. For assistance check accessible section or contact TM customer service.

- No outside food or beverages
- Photography/recording prohibited during performances
- Late seating during performance may be restricted
- Business casual attire recommended

Some performances offer a discount for children. For all performances EVERYONE needs a ticket, including infants.
