Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
Ticketmaster is the only company authorized to process Silver Legacy ticket sales. Tickets purchased from websites other than Silverlegacyreno.com and Ticketmaster.com may not be valid. All Sales are final. No refunds, upgrades, or exchanges. Purchaser must present matching photo ID to pick up tickets at will call. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Please be prepared for security lines; all purses and bags subject to search. The venue reserves the right to implement security procedures designed to protect the experience for all of our customers.

Will Call is located at the Box Office and can be picked up after 12pm on the day of show.

Parking is available at the garage behind the Silver Legacy on Sierra St. Valet and Free parking are available.
