Ticket Release Delay: There is a ticket release delay in place until 9:00am Saturday 4th July 2026. Tickets cannot be downloaded or printed until after this time. Children's Policy: Children under 4 years of age on event day are admitted for free provided they do not occupy a seat.

Patrons holding concession tickets must have proof of concession status with them on match days.

Wheelchair friendly seating areas are located around the main seating concourse of the venue. Disabled car parking areas are available and are located on Pier Street (limited), Brewer Street and on Loton Park on event days only.

HBF Park is a cashless venue. No cash is accepted.
