Everyone who enters the theatre MUST have a ticket, regardless of age. Accessible seating available by calling (585) 222-5000
Customer can pick up tickets 1 hour prior to the show. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place order,a photo i.d., and the order number.
There are several parking areas located around the Theatre off East Main Street and College Avenue. Entrance on Main Street and Prince Street.
