Downing, KK's Priest carries the torch of classic British heavy metal with speed, precision, and authority. The Arena at Pickering Casino Resort Box Office is located at the lobby entrance of the venue. It is open on event days only, two (2) hours prior to event time.

Free public parking is available on site, in surface lots and a covered parkade. EV charging stations and accessible parking spots are available.

The Arena at Pickering Casino Resort is fully accessible. When available, accessible seating can be purchased online at www.Ticketmaster.ca. Patrons may be dropped off at the South lobby entrance on Durham Live Avenue.

As a security measure, no re-entry is permitted after you have exited the Arena. Only small purses, clutch, or fanny pack type bags smaller than 16.5cm x 11.5cm (6.5"x 4.5") are permitted; bag search is mandatory upon entry. No outside food or beverages. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the venue.

All patrons must have a ticket for entry. Many events are all ages, and for these events children are welcome. For some events, entry is only open to persons 19 years of age or older. Any age restrictions will be clearly indicated at www.Ticketmaster.ca.
