Fees for Primary Tickets: The following fees apply to primary tickets sold on behalf of the event organiser: An Infrastructure Charge of up to 1.95% applies to tickets purchased online or via our contact centre only as a fee for providing our contact centre and ticketing platform. This will be added to the price of tickets displayed on our event page. A Handling Fee of $5.00 per transaction applies. A Venue Levy of $1.00 applies to each ticket. A delivery fee may apply depending on the mode of delivery selected. A $2.00 Booking Fee per ticket applies if purchasing tickets from an outlet or the venue Box Office.Fees for Resale Tickets:Resale Tickets, sold by fans and verified by Ticketmaster, may be available for this event. A Resale Seller Fee of no more than 5% of the resale ticket price and a handling Fee of $8.00 per transaction apply to purchases of Resale Tickets.
All Tickets are Mobile Ticket Only. Mobile Tickets are like Print-at-Home tickets but instead of having to print off the tickets yourself, you can just show the barcode on your mobile phone. On-Site: The Sir Howard Morrison Centre is on Fenton Street, with on-road parking available. The Pukuatua Street parking building is also nearby in the CBD. Mobility Parking: Rotorua Lakes Council provides mobility parking spaces in the CBD. Only those with a current permit may use these spaces.

Facilities: Wheelchair Access: The Sir Howard Morrison Centre offers wheelchair access and mobility parking. Sir Owen Glenn Theatre | Matangi Rau: 6 allocated wheelchair spaces (Rows T & U). The entrance to the stalls is level with the foyer, and the circle is accessible via stairs or a lift. Te Haumako | Black Box Theatre: 4 wheelchair spaces available depending on room configuration. The entrance is level with the foyer. Wheelchair Accessible Toilets: Located on the ground floor. Drive-Through Drop Off: Available at the front of the building with ramped access. Hearing Assistance: Infrared hearing and Wavecast Wi-Fi 5G assistance are available in Sir Owen Glenn Theatre | Matangi Rau and Te Haumako | Black Box Theatre. Wavecast Wi-Fi 5G is available in Te Haumihi | Foyer. Download the Wavecast app from the Apple or Google Play store. Guide Dogs: Licensed hearing and guide dogs are welcome. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a guide dog. Special Needs: For those with autism or specific sensitivity needs, contact us for a potential venue tour, touch tour, or pre-show introduction.
