Eric Goulden is known to many as Wreckless Eric though most are unaware of his prodigious recorded output since his beginnings on Stiff Records in the mid-seventies. Fort his show Eric will be alone with electric and acoustic guitars, and electronics of his own making. He tends to do what he wants to do rather than what might be expected. He’ll most likely play his big hit from the seventies, the enduring Whole Wide World. He may play other songs from various stages of his career, but the set will most likely focus on his new album, England Screaming, released on Tapete Records in November 2025. Expect songs ,stories and soundscapes, but don’t expect a recreation of 1977-the past forty-seven years have made him so much more than that.
"Goulden has enjoyed a genuinely extraordinary career." Alexis Petridis, The Guardian
