Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

Tickets are available at the Box Office four hours prior to the show. Will Call is located at the Box Office. Ticketmaster confirmation number and the credit card under which the order was placed, with your valid photo identification are required for will-call ticket pick-up.

Customers needing Special Seating Arrangements can order their tickets directly thru Ticketmaster.com using the ADA Live Chat feature on the event page, by contacting Ticketmaster at (800)745-3000, or by visiting a Ticketmaster Retail Outlet. For hearing or vision impaired guests, please contact the special needs line at (313) 309-4614 for assistance prior to the event for seat escorts or additional necessary requests when you arrive to the venue.

Valid photo identification required upon request. All guests are subject to search, including purses and bags, and must pass through, a metal detection device. Sound Board and the surrounding restaurant areas are non-smoking unless designated otherwise for specific events. Most events are age restricted: Admission requirement is 21+ with valid photo ID. Items not permitted: Recording devices of any type, including video and audio Professional camera lenses Weapons or restraining devices of any type Outside food or beverage Laser pointers
