The Box Office is located in the foyer opposite the entrance doors. You will be asked to provide ID.

There is no on-site parking, though on-street parking is available. The nearest car park is located on Deyne Avenue, DN15 7PZ

The venue is accessible with a ramp to front door, disabled toilets, step free access to row C of the balcony, a hearing loop system in the Box Office and the Auditorium, and large print brochures available on request. There is no on-site parking. There are 4 disabled parking spaces on the public highway at the side of the building.
