Tickets left for collection can be picked up from the box office at the venue on the day of the event. Please take the card used to make the booking and your Ticketmaster reference number.
Templar Street Car Park: From the car park walk up Templar Street to the T-junction with Vicar Lane. Walk across Vicar Lane into the Grand Arcade; turn left at the top of the arcade and the theatre is immediately on your left. Alternatively, if the arcade is closed turn left along Vicar Lane, past Brannigans Club and then right up Harrison Street. Turn right at top of the street and the theatre is on your right after the parade of shops.
The venue is accessible for patrons with special needs, with accessible toilets and a lift from the lobby to the foyer. Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas with the patron. A Sennheiser infrared personal volume controlled headset is available for use throughout the auditorium. These can be collected from the sweet kiosk. Disabled car parking is located at the rear of the Allders Department store. From the traffic lights on The Headrow turn right into New Briggate and then turn left immediately on to Mark Lane, where badge parking is available.
