This show will be a phone-free experience. Use of cellphones, cameras, orrecording devices will not be permitted in the performance space.Upon arrival at the venue, all phones will be secured in Yondr pouches thatwill be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of theirphones at all times and can access their phones throughout the event atdesignated Phone Use Area in the venue. All phones will be re-secured inYondr pouches before returning to the event space.Anyone seen using a cellphone during the performance will be escorted out ofthe venue. Guests are encouraged to bring a bank or credit card for purchasesinside the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-freeviewing experience.

For most events, you can get tickets over the phone at the ardenland office at 601.487.2562. For any Broadway in Jackson events, please call 601.439.5229. The Thalia Mara Hall office number is 601.960.1535.

On the day of the event, the box office opens inside Thalia Mara Hall two (2) hours before the doors open. Tickets can be picked up anytime after the box office opens.

Parking offsite and on the street is free. There is a parking garage directly across from Thalia Mara Hall that requires you to pay at the gate.

Yes, there are accessible seating options at Thalia Mara Hall in Row P and Row MM in the orchestra sections on the floor. You can purchase ADA seating online. If you have any questions - do not hesitate to reach out to the ardenland office at 601.960.1535.
