No Resale Over Face Value: Freya Skye is using Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange to help fans get tickets at the original price. Tickets can only be resold on Ticketmaster at face value. States Blocking Artist Resale Terms: New York, Illinois, Colorado, Virginia, Utah and Connecticut have state laws that prevent resale restrictions. Will call orders can be picked up directly at the Box Office. The original purchaser must bring their credit card and a valid form of identification in order to pick up any tickets. Will call tickets are only available for pick-up on the day of the scheduled event.

The first hour of parking is free for any GardenWalk guest. House of Blues Retail and Restaurant guests can receive an additional hour of free parking with validation for a total of 2 hours. Music Hall guests can receive an additional 2 hour validation for a total of 3 hours.

Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without prior artist or venue approval. Please be aware that the following items are not permitted inside the venue: • Cameras, GoPros, iPads • Backpacks, luggage and large/oversized bags or purses • Selfie sticks • Helmets • Pepper spray • Knives, chains, any other weapons • Pens, sharpies, pencils, highlighters • Outside food and drinks • Animals • Drugs and alcohol • Laser pens and pointers • Handouts, stickers or flyers of any kind • Other items at management discretion No Animals (with the exception of Seeing Eye dogs).
