Standing: Over 14s Only. Under 16s to be accompanied by an adult. Under 14s to be accompanied by an adult and in seated areas only A max of 4 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 4 will be cancelled.
PROMOTER T&Cs: 1. Ticket sales are limited to 4 per person. Only tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are valid. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission. 2. Tickets cannot be transferred between customers. The lead booker will need to be present on the day with government issued photo ID for the party to gain entry. The whole party must enter together. 3. Ticket resale is permitted at no more than the price you paid (face value + booking fees). Please only use Ticketmaster's resale platform. Selling tickets through unauthorised resale platforms will breach these T&Cs and those tickets may be cancelled. 4. A ticket is a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the Promoters. Tickets must be surrendered to the Promoters upon request. All Roundhouse events are now digitally ticketed. You should expect to receive an email with instructions on how to access your tickets no later than 5pm on the day of the show, when the Roundhouse Box Office opens. If you experience any difficulties, speak to the box office when you arrive. Instructions will be sent from hiya@roundhouse.org.uk - to ensure you receive them in your inbox, add this to your address book now (e-tickets will not be delivered by Ticketmaster). If you are booking two days before the show your tickets will be available for collection at the Roundhouse Box Office.
