Arrive early to allow time for entry procedures and to be seated before tip-off. Re-entry is not allowed. Ensure you know your designated entry point. You will be required to enter the Arena via the pre-assigned entrance detailed on your ticket. Only sit in the seat assigned to you, as indicated on your ticket. Avoid bringing bags unless absolutely necessary. Any bags larger than A4 size will not be permitted. All bags will be subject to search, which may cause a delay in your entry to the Arena. Umbrellas are not permitted unless they fit into a bag. Please note that Arena operates as a cashless facility. No outside food or drinks are allowed. Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited. Babies in arms policy - Children aged 2 and under are allowed without a ticket. Children aged 3 and over must have a ticket. Buggies can be parked at the VIP entrance. No children under 5 years of age are permitted in Courtside/Baseline seating. All other ticket T&C and Arena regulations must be followed.
