Q. Is the Jervis Magic Santa Castle Tickets good value, compared to the other Grotto’s in Dublin.
A. YES, while being an amazing fun Family Christmas Adventure with Super Presents and a Brilliant Large Family Photo, the Jervis Grotto is less than 50% cheaper than all the other Grottos in Dublin! Super Value!!  
Q. Can I change my booking time after I have purchased my Grotto Tickets online.
A. Once a Ticket order has been placed on the online Ticketmaster Ticketing System, it CANNOT be CANCELLED or CHANGED in anyway.
Q. Can I walk into Jervis Shopping Centre and book a ticket to Visit Santa?
A. If there is availability, tickets can be booked by credit card on the day of visit.

Q. Can I visit with Family Members without a Ticket?
A. Parents go FREE with each booking! Max of two FREE parents with each booking. Extra Family Members or older Siblings must have an Extra Adult Ticket to visit. 

Q. Do I need to print out my Tickets before I arrive at the Grotto?
A. We just need your NAME, DATE and TIME as we will have details about your package if it has been booked. Come up to the ‘Magic Desk’ when you arrive for your Grotto Visit. Tickets can be displayed on a mobile device at Grotto check in.
Q. What if I do not receive my Tickets by email?
A. If you have booked your tickets on the online ticket booking system, you will receive an email confirmation with all your ticket Details. If you have given the wrong email address when booking, the online ticket booking system has no way of finding or confirming your booking.

Q. What if I arrive early to my Grotto booking?
A. Please arrive 5 minutes before your confirmed booking, as per your Ticket. If you arrive early, enjoy the time to shop in Jervis Shopping Centre.

Q. What if I arrive late to my Grotto booking?
A. Unfortunately latecomers cannot be accommodated, but if you are late, please present to the Grotto Magic Desk.

Q. When do I collect my Santa pictures and how long do I have to wait for it?
A. Your Santa pictures will be ready to collect after your Santa visit and there is no wait time to receive your picture. Extra photos are available to purchase during the booking process for €8
