The Main Box Office is located on the plaza area on the southwest corner of the Arena (Commerce St). The East Box Office (E Franklin St) opens on show days, if needed.

Arena lots A and B are located on the west side (Commerce St) of the Arena. Arena lots D and E are located on the east side (E Franklin Street) of the Arena. There is usually no charge for parking in these lots.

Unless authorized by the Arena, no person shall be admitted into the facility of the complex with any of the following items in his possession: Alcoholic beverages or controlled substances (unless prescribed for the possessor). Professional cameras, audio or visual recording equipment, radios, televisions or any other such electronic devices, except when authorized. Pets. Bottles, either plastic or glass. Shopping Carts. Cans or Coolers. Food and Beverages Unless authorized by the Arena, the carrying of food or beverages into the facility of the complex is prohibited. Weapons No person shall bring any object into the Arena with intent to use or which may be used as a weapon or projectile. Patrons in possession of knives or wearing decorative handcuffs or spiked wristbands must return the items to their vehicles of, if inside the building, check these items with Security in the Arena Lobby. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas outside the Arena concourses. Cash is not accepted for food, beverages, and merchandise inside the arena. The Arena enforces a Clear Bag Policy. Dress code: No persons, including minors, shall be permitted to attend events at the Arena or additional projects at the complex unless properly attired. The Arena reserves the right to determine proper attire for events at the complex.

Policy and age for free admission vary by show. For most shows, ages 2 and under are admitted free on a parents lap.
