Join us at Soul Mama for an intimate evening with Mutya Buena, the unmistakable voice behind some of the UK’s most iconic pop and R&B hits. As a founding member of Sugababes, Mutya helped define a generation with tracks like “Overload,” “Freak Like Me,” “Round Round,” and “Too Lost in You,” captivating audiences with her rich, soulful tone.

After launching her solo career in 2005, Mutya continued to shine with her acclaimed album Real Girl featuring standout singles including the title track “Real Girl” and the Groove Armada collaboration “Song 4 Mutya (Out of Control).” Today, she stands once again alongside Keisha Buchanan and Siobhán Donaghy as the original Sugababes, reconnecting with fans through their unmistakable sound.

This special dinner event offers a rare chance to hear Mutya reflect on her life, artistry, and new autobiography Real Girl, where she candidly explores her journey through music, fame, motherhood, and creative identity. After the talk 

Your night begins with a fireside conversation hosted by award-winning musician and broadcaster YolanDa Brown, as she sits down with Mutya for an open, inspiring discussion about her career, creativity, and the stories behind her new autobiography Real Girl. In the second half of the evening, Mutya takes the stage for a special live performance set, bringing her signature soulful vocals to Soul Mama for an intimate showcase of the songs that have defined her journey.
