- Arrive at least 60 minutes before event start time
- Tickets can be retrieved by primary purchaser or authorized representative

- Standard parking fee: $10-$15 per vehicle
- Handicap parking near main entrance
- Shuttle services may be available for large events

- Wheelchair accessible seating locations
- Companion seats adjacent to wheelchair spaces
- Assistive listening devices available
- Must be purchased through venue's accessibility coordinator

- Clear bag policy enforced
- No weapons permitted
- No re-entry once exiting venue
- Valid government-issued ID required for age-restricted events

- Children under 3 typically free with paying adult
- Children 3-12 often require child ticket
- Accompanied by adult guardian
