Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Due to scheduling conflicts, the concert at the Alex Theatre with Vicki Lawrence scheduled for February 14 has been cancelled. The box office will issue refunds automatically, you don't need to take any further action. Thanks for being a patron of the Alex and we will see you at a future show.
