Will Call tickets are available for pick up beginning one hour prior to showtime on the day of the event. Customer must present the credit card used to place the order, a valid picture ID, and the confirmation number.
Parking is available at Water Tower Place Parking Garage, located in the lover level of Water Tower Place. Enter just west on the theatre entrance on Chestnut St.

There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased for Broadway In Chicago events. Cameras and recording devices are not allowed. Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime. No outside food or beverages allowed.
For most productions children under 5 are not permitted for the courtesy of the other patrons. Everyone is required to have a ticket.
