While this can vary depending on the event, generally you can collect tickets in advance, or else on the day of the show. Bring the card the tickets were booked under, and the Ticketmaster reference number. If there are stricter rules for particular shows (for example, only the cardholder can gain entry with card, ID etc), this will be outlined upon booking

There is ample FREE parking on the grounds of the events centre. Accessible car-parking spaces also available

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all time. For seated/standing full capacity shows U16s must be accompanied by an adult and are only permitted in the seated area, please note this may vary depending on the show.
