Guests must provide a valid picture ID along with the credit card used to purchase their show tickets. All tickets must be picked up no later than one hour prior to show time. Tickets not picked up by show time are subject to cancellation.

"O" is a breathtaking show for all ages. But due to the technical nature of the show, and the concentration required by the artists, children under the age of 5 are not permitted into the Theatre. Children under the age of 18 years of age will not be admitted into the Theatre without an adult.
