Box Office Location: Located across from the Grand Okanagan Hotel, Water Street, Kelowna, B.C. Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.
There is pay parking available which accepts coin & credit cards. Day to day parking is by the hour. On event nights patrons must purchase a $5.00 ticket after 6:00 pm.
Accessible Seating: Wheelchair accessible seating. WC accessible parking in south lot off of Cawston Ave. Elevators access bowl/club WC seats. Hearing Devices: Devices available at Administration Office.
Children 2 years and under free (but must sit on parent's lap) for most shows unless otherwise specified.
