Will Call is available during all box office hours at the Main Box Office located near the Home Plate entrance. Will call is general located at Window 11. For your protection, Will Call tickets are only released to the individual whose name appears on the order, Ticketmaster account header card, or Will Call envelope. A valid photo ID is required to pick up tickets. The Salt Lake Bees will allow you to drop off tickets for another individual by providing the full name of the recipient, as well as your name and contact information. The Bees are not responsible for any tickets left by anyone outside of the Bees organization. Paid parking is located in the lot directly across 1300 South from the Ballpark. There is a fee of $8 per vehicle. Enter the parking lot from Paxton Ave.
Accessible seating is available in both lower and upper bowl areas of Smith's Ballpark. For entrance into the ballpark, enter at the Home Plate entrance and take the elevator through the glass door on the left. There is also a ramp available at the 3rd base entrance. Accessible seating is reserved for guests with accessible requirements and their companions. Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space.
No Smoking No Chairs of Any Kind allowed on the Berm No outside food or drink (No coolers)
Children who have had their 2nd birthday must have a ticket. Children under 2 do not need a ticket, but must sit in a lap
