Collect from the venue on the day of the show during box office opening hours. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.
Bridges car park (signposted from the city centre and two minutes' walk from the venue). Open until 23:30. Cost £1.50 per hour up to 18:00. From 18:00 onwards it's 50p/hour.
The venue is accessible to disabled patrons. There is a lift to the dress circle and access to the stalls can be gained at street level. Please note that there are 70 stairs from the main entrance to the upper circle and a total of 105 to the gallery. Therefore these levels are not recommended for patrons with mobility problems or those who have a fear of heights. No child under 5 admitted to venue except where stated at time of booking. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all time. Children under 18 months shall be admitted free of charge and will only be admitted to shows they may attend (children’s shows and pantomime only). Children (18 months – 15 years incl.) require full ticket price if no child concessions available at time of booking
