Will Call is open is open every day, except Thanksgiving and Christmas, Sunday - Friday from 11:30 am to 7pm. Saturday From 10:00am - 7:00pm . Patrons must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a valid photo I.D. Will Call drop off is NOT available for any event

Onsite parking is available. Entrance is on the corner of W. Olympic and Francisco.

The GRAMMY Museum is a NON SMOKING facility. PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY: To ensure the ongoing preservation of the Museum’s displays and artifacts, flash photography, tripods, and monopods are not permitted in the galleries. Additional restrictions may exist during public programs and within the temporary exhibit gallery on Level 2. The Museum reserves the right to inspect all bags, cameras and personal items upon entry. A complimentary coat check is provided on 1st floor. NO outside food or drink. NO alcohol, drugs, weapons, cans or bottles
