NOTE: The XL Center does not allow alternate pick up names for will call. Guests who have ordered tickets via phone/internet will need to present proper photo ID and the credit card used to charge the tickets. Both must be under the same name. Customers may pick up their tickets anytime the box office is open the day of the event. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and two forms of ID, including a photo ID.
Parking is available surrounding the XL Center and throughout downtown Hartford. There are 45 parking lots and garages in downtown Hartford. Prices for the garages and parking lots may vary and are run through third-party companies. For questions regarding the respective parking garages or lots, please reach out to those organizations directly.

The XL Center has a no re-entry policy. Guests are not allowed to smoke in the XL Center. Cameras with detachable lenses, outside food and beverage, weapons, backpacks, and more are not allowed. Please visit the FAQ page on our website for the full list of prohibited items.
