Following his viral Erika Kirk video, comedian Druski has once again toed the line with a new sketch titled Joe, featuring a trailer imagining a prequel to the blockbuster Michael biopic. Watch it below.
Druski debuted the sketch online while he was hosting the 2026 BET Awards. In the spoof, he wears heavy makeup while portraying the Jackson family patriarch. Frequently with a belt in hand, Druski depicts Joe Jackson pushing his sons to the brink.
“You ain’t regular kids, man,” Druski barks. “Jackson 5. Wake up, dance. Go to sleep, dance.”
The trailer’s narrator also excuses Jackson’s behavior by saying, “Life in the 1960s, where you could get away with just about anything.”
A young Michael Jackson is a frequent target of Druski’s Joe, who repeatedly threatens him by saying, “Fix your face, Michael, before I fix it for you.”
The sketch also shows Druski yelling at his wife when she stands up for their children and destroying furniture before police sirens are heard at the end.
Making its point, the parody’s tone doesn’t stray far from Colman Domingo’s one-dimensional portrayal of Joe Jackson in the sanitized Michael. However, audiences have turned out in droves despite the film’s widely reported expensive reshoots and legal drama. It’s the highest-grossing biopic of all time, grossing $977.5 million to date.
