Nintendo has announced that its much-anticipated remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time will be released on November 5th, and opened up pre-orders for the game on Switch 2.

Arriving alongside the announcement are the most detailed looks at the Ocarina of Time remake yet, courtesy of a three-minute trailer and an extended 15-minute gameplay preview. For the most diehard fans, Nintendo also revealed a special edition Legend of Zelda Switch 2 celebrating the franchise’s 40th anniversary, which will be available on October 29th.
The flurry of Zelda news doesn’t stop there. Sony and Nintendo also confirmed Wes Ball’s live-action film adaptation is titled The Legend of Zelda and remains set for release on April 30th, 2027.
