Static-X Cancel Remaining 2026 Tour Dates Due to “Serious Medical Issues”

Static-X have canceled the remainder of their 2026 tour dates, citing an undisclosed serious medical issues in the group. This comes just days after their May 15th set at the Sonic Temple festival in Columbus, Ohio.

The band stated via Instagram, “Due to serious medical issues, Static-X will be forced to cancel our remaining tour dates in 2026. The situation is unavoidable and requires immediate attention.”

The statement continued, “We are very sorry for the inconvenience, and we promise to return to the stage, bigger, stronger and faster in 2027. We appreciate your continued love and support and look forward to seeing you all again very soon! Sincerely, Static-X.”

In the comments section of the same Instagram post, the band elaborated, “Thank you for all the well wishes! Your energy and love is much appreciated. Don’t worry about us, we will be fine. Just a bunch of old men with parts that need fixing. Will be back stronger than ever soon.”

Static-X had been slated for a UK/European tour to start this June followed by a handful of shows in the US throughout the summer.
