Tyla Sparkles with Glittery Performance of “Chanel” on Fallon: Watch

Tyla stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday night to perform her 2025 single “Chanel.”

Adorned in several glittering necklaces, the South African singer and songwriter arrived in style for her performance on The Tonight Show. Her stage setup comprised a single large red heel, not too dissimilar in color and style from the heel on The Devil Wears Prada’s poster. The high fashion references were fitting for “Chanel,” itself an ode to being treated to the finest things as acts of love. Watch Tyla’s dance-heavy performance below.

Tyla, one of our 2024 Emerging Artists to Watch, revealed “Chanel” back in October as a follow-up to her 2025 EP We Wanna Party. The song has since become her highest-charting single since her 2023 breakout “Water.”
