Wrensilva, the San Diego design brand known for its hi-fi record console collection, has introduced Studio, a new model that brings the same handcrafted design quality and precisely tuned audio fidelity to a more minimal footprint — and a slightly lower price point.
Standing 33 inches tall and 31 inches wide by 17 inches deep, Studio is a versatile alternative to Wrensilva’s flagship M1 or The Standard consoles, perfect for smaller rooms, studios, and other space-conscious areas. It’s finished in natural walnut with charcoal speaker fabric, includes storage for 40 albums, and features a smoked acrylic lid, frosted acrylic platter, and backlit turntable deck. The record player sits atop an anodized brushed aluminum pedestal base inlaid with walnut.
On the audio side, Studio runs a 100-watt-per-channel Class D amplifier powering custom 2-way bass reflex speakers, with a floating, under-platter belt-driven turntable; magnesium one-piece tonearm; and Ortofon 2M Red cartridge. The sound was shaped in collaboration with producers Manny Marroquin and Giles Martin, as solid-state electronics ensure the depth of the original recordings is preserved. Connectivity covers Bluetooth, auxiliary, and optional Sonos multi-room integration.
